Just random....

I hope all this working out every day (even if it's only for 30 minutes) after work *and* severely reducing what I'm sticking in my mouth has some payoff at the end of this week. Last night I was kind of bad--I only left 2 points of my daily allowance. I've been leaving anywhere between 7 and 11 points at the end of the day (and therefore not using any Flex or Activity points.) That means I'm leaving roughly 350-550 calories off at the end of the day (I'd have about 1550 if I used all my points), but a half hour on the bike only burns about 130-140 calories, so I don't think I'm making up much ground there.

If it doesn't work, I don't think I can cut many more points off (although, if I stick to my meal plan as laid out for today, I'll have about 14.5 points left, which would be pretty awesome, but I think I'll probably have to sneak another snack in there, unless I work out so hard that all I want to do is come home, eat real quick and go to sleep.) I guess I could work out more, but 30 minutes about does me in at this point. I feel bad that I'm not doing any weights though.

Anyway, if I don't see any payoff from this come Monday, I'm gonna eat a whole cake, dammit!
