Seems like, as I'm cruising through various LJs, that quite a few people are getting ready for the new year and signing up at the Weight Watchers online website.

I'm thinking about it too, but I dunno. The points system was pretty much the easiest diet I've ever tried, in the sense that I always knew where I was in so far as what I could and couldn't have, and I didn't have to feel guilty if I wanted a salad or some fruit, since most of the fruits and veggies are zero points. I lost a tiny bit of weight when I did it, but I wasn't all stringent about it.

Of course, for some reason, my body only wants to respond to the absolutely abusive diets--like when I lost 30 pounds in 4 weeks when the bulk of my diet was black coffee and Marlboros. I didn't plan that as a diet--it just happened to be most of what I was consuming. Imagine my surprise when I found I could pull my pants off without unbuttoning or even unzipping them!

But anyway, knowing that my body only seems to respond when I abuse it, I am sort of debating about dropping the cash to subscribe to the WW website. If I drop the cash, I want it to work, and knowing my body, I don't know if it will.

And no, Atkins doesn't work for me. I can't eat that much meat. I tried that diet with Kelly, and it just made me exhausted and cranky and I gained 5 pounds. LOL!

I thought working from home would be slow, but this week it feels like more people are looking for insurance than ever! *Whew*! Not the first thing…

I had to break the work from home order yesterday and venture into the office. I always thought working from home would be great and parts of it…

I can't remember if I was still updating on LJ back then, but if big change was I bought a house back in 2016. It's way on the other side…
